Find some your favorite BBQ sauce, smother it ( a cup or so), wrap it in foil, put it in the roasting pan, cook at 325 F (about 25 min per pound, depending on cut). Make sure you take it out at about 155 degrees F, take off the foil and put foil on it loosely, let it sit for 15 min. Carve and enjoy.
Don't ever overcook pork (160 F ), a little pink is safe to eat with today's pork.

my fav ways are either in a cooking bag in the oven or slow cook on a smoker, depending on the cut. Experiment with herbs and spices, or use the "bag and seasoning" mixes to get you started in the right direction.
I also ALWAYS use a meat thermometer with pork, never use time methods. That way, I never overcook pork, which dries it out. Ignore the warnings, as few pork diseases exists anymore. If you like well dried pork, go ahead ad cook to 170 degrees. I like my pork a little more juicy and never cook over 160-165 depending on size. The larger the cut, the more residual heat will continue to cook after you take it out of the cooking device.

Get about 5 or so cloves of garlic, cut holes and stuff them in the roast. Put some water in the bottom of the pan, cover with foil and bake until done.
