What makes spicy stuff spicy? What is in hot peppers that does this and is it an acid or what?

Mother Nature decided to create a pepper to be the spirit of mans excitement. She gave the these phallus shaped spices the energy of mars taste but also balanced with Venus.

Do you ask a fish how it swims. They were made to do so.

yeah they are quite acidic. Capsaicin all around in their cells.

its the capsaicin in chiles that makes stuff spicy. im not sure if the spiciness in wasabi is the same...

well i guess every spice has its owen oil inside of it,which appears with heat,thats wht gives the falvor.
