None whatsoever. However, it will be less carbonated--which really doesn't detract from the taste of fine imports or micro-brews but does from the industrial swill-schwag beers that dominate shelf space in most outlets. And the GOOD beers don't even have to have spent the night in the fridge to be potable the next day.
I can't understand how people drink the industrial swill when there are so many better choices out there.

Open alcohol will NOT loose it's alcohol content.. It WILL loose all of it's carbonation, what makes it fizzy... and it probably won't taste all that great. Why do you think they make Mimosa's out of open champagne and orange juice??? They want the alcohol content with out the nasty taste.
Sounds to me like that beer is good for cooking and little else.
