ANYONE OUT THERE have a great recipe for conch salad...?

My favorite is the one on the red (i guess it's tomato) juice. I would appreciate your best recipes on this. Thanks in advance.

i have looked and looked but i cant find anything with tomato juice...i looked in cooks.com and found some recipes.
3/4 c conch
1 tsp lime
3/4 c chopped celery
1 can tomato sauce
2/3 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped tomato
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
combine all ingredients, chill for 30 minutes and serve on lettuce....i hope this is close!!
