one of my friend's moms is from England and she makes a meat pie to die for. does anyone know if you can buy them frozen?

Yes, of course you can! Just look in the freezer section in the supermarket!

aside from the freezer department of supermarkets you can also get tinned ones from England, they are made by Frey & Batos [I think that is the spelling] Ask your friendls mother and I am sure she will remember them.
We get them in Australia so I am sure you can wherever you are.
