if you watched the entire episode you might be able to help me figure out what type of bread this women used in a stew. i think it was more like bread the had been soaked in water, something like that. it had a certain name though. i don't remember and can't find it anywhere online. it would be great in some vegitarian meals.

name some foods to eat that are cheap but keep you full throughout the day. im kinda broke. any foods that have alot of fiber in them but people usually wouldnt think of it as having fiber?

I was wondering about carrying alcohol in a flask. Is it legal to carry around the amount of alcohol that one carries? I know if you get pulled over with an open container of alcohol you would get in trouble, what about a flask though?

my kids and i are tired of noodle soups(and fighting coughs). and i already made a rice dish. i'll be making soup tommorrow but have no ideas. we love potatoes, vegetables, tomatoe, and creamy soups aswell.
