I like Baileys on the rocks, and in my coffee. Nothing fancy, but that's the way I like it.

My own concoction. Babbler Brain Freeze

1 1/2 ounces Bailey's
1 ounce Triple Sec
4 ounces Orange Juice (fresh squeezed is best but from concentrate is okay)
1 cup crushed ice

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Puree for 30 seconds and pour into a cold glass of your choice...tastes just like a Creamsicle.....orange ice on the outside, vanilla ice cream on the inside for you who haven't ever had one.
