diet coke always. diet pepsi and all pepsi stuff is gross.
and actually just for your reference wine has virtually no carbs. You only have to watch how much consume of it because at some point it willl metabolize into sugar in your blood. See attached for more info. blush or white wine is actually best carb wise. wine is primarily water and alcohol.
Wine: per 3.5oz serving of red (103grams total) 91g water, 9.6g alcohol, .3 g ash, .2 g protein, 1.8g carb by difference (this does not mean carbs, it might be something that is in such small trace amounts it cannot be identified. 74 calories.
Vodka: per 1 oz serving 69 cal, 0g fat, 0g carbs, 0g protein, 0 sugars, alcohol 11.3 grams
Diet Coke - 11 calories, 3.3 g carbs, 3.3 g sugars, 4.2 g sodium.
personally I would go with the wine instead of the mixed drink. a 2 oz service (1oz each) of diet coke & vodka, is 3.3 grams sugar. wine is half that for more liquid, 3.5 oz serving with 1.8 g sugar not to mention less calories.

It all depends on what your taste is like because both have pretty much if not the same nutritional value (if any at all). I would suggest that you make two drinks one with diet pepsi and the other with diet coke and see which one taste better to you.
