Hey, I was wondering if someone could make me a 5 course gourmet french menu. I don't need the wine, I just need really gourmet meals for each course like they have on top chef. Thanks. Best answer w/ 5 stars afterwards.

1 Saumon Fum^e.smoked salmon onion rings,capers on a bed of lettuce with french toast 2 P^at^e de foie Gras.duck liver pate 3Consomm^e aux profiteroles. clear soup with choux paste rolls.4 Carr^e d ^agneau r^oti. roast best end of lamb or Filets de Sole Dugl^er^e poach filets of sole 5 Cr^em^e Caramel.

top of my head:
1)* sweet potato & cheese souffle
2)* baby green salad w/ seared duck breast slices topped with citrus raspberry vinaigrete.
3)* baby mignon wellington * garlic seasoned filet mignon topped with mushrooms & foi gras wrapped in puff pastry & served over a port reduction along side baby roasted veggies.
4)* Cod filet poached in champagne & leek broth topped with with a champagne tarragon cream sauce on bed of julianned sauteed veggies
5)* Rich chocolate mousse flavored with creme de menthe.
