I was wondering about carrying alcohol in a flask. Is it legal to carry around the amount of alcohol that one carries? I know if you get pulled over with an open container of alcohol you would get in trouble, what about a flask though?

You'll get in trouble if they find it. So, don't get pulled over, especially when you've been drinking. Better yet - don't drink and drive. ;)

A flask is an open container, so you wouldn't want to have it within reach if driving. You can carry it in public unless there are laws or rules preventing it, like at a park or concert. However, flasks are meant to be inconspicuous so you can take them many places with out being noticed.

Depends on your taste. Rum Malibu coconut Pyrat Xo Appleton Estate v/x No Captian Morgan the stuff is rough unless you use a little Coke or the Morgan is private Stock Whiskey Crown Royal Jack Daniels Gentlemens Jack Vodka Smirnoff 21 Smirnoff green apple Chopin Gin Tanqueray Tanqueray Ten Bombay Sapphire Tequilla All Patrons if you have that much to spend 1800 select silver Dos Manos Blanco All these are kinda pricey because if you want to drink something straight a 7$ liquor is not smooth at all

It is definitely illegal to carry a flask that contains alcohol when driving, or if you are a passenger in someone else's car. It could also be used against you if you get charged with public drunkenness

an open container is an open container. Doesn't matter how big or small or how much booze is left in it.
