Food & Drink - 9 February 2007

First off, im looking for any ideas on how to get food for me and my wife. I currently got laid off from my job and we are running out of money fast. My new job pays monthly and after all the bills. Rent, car etc I got laid off and left with no money and almost out of food for us.

Any ideas to help?

i drink alchohol but i hate the taste. it is extremely bitter and vile. basically i get the highest alcohol by volume stuff i can get and i chug it down real fast. typically 40% or above is best for me because anything less is just too much liquid to do the job. the buzz kicks in after about 15 minutes and i stay like that until i go to sleep. haha. why do people drink beer? i don't understand why they drink it when the goal is to get a buzz going.

I've searched the internet and other than ricotta, sugar and vanilla, I'm not finding any recipes for cannoli cream. The combo ain't bad at all, but I feel like I'm missing a secret ingredient (not the choco chips or citrus pieces). Help me with a killer recipe for the stuff. Please!
