If it hasn't already it will.It won't be long before the media reduce the great British public into a state of panic. The price or poultry will drop and the price of other meat products will fly through the ceiling. Then they will start a panic about BSE again and high cholesterol , salmonella, growth hormones and we will soon all be vegetarians.-----Then they'll start on pesticides and fertilisers.

At the moment it hasn't as it is only turkeys that have been affected but we are all expecting prices to fall dramatically as other countries have stopped the crossing of poultry. I think its all a bit severe myself as cooking the meat properly eradicates any infection and as humans we carry far more infections and diseases that are far more infectious and deadly !!!

i presumed scares like this made meat greater value-effective as human beings tend to get placed off paying for it? I have been given some incredibly inexpensive steak for the time of the contemporary foot and mouth and blue tongue scares.
