Was wondering of someone could tell me HOW to fry the wings:

a) in a pan with just a bit of oil?

b) in the deep frier ?

c) in the oven maybe, without frying them?

Which is the best way? Thanks in advance for your help:) I'll throw a party tomorrow night and I'm planning to prepare Buffalo Wings too;)

I seasoned my new cast iron pan as per the instructions - Apply Crisco and heat in a 350F oven for 2 hrs. I wiped clean the pan and tried cooking in it. The food tasted extremely bitter. Is this because the pan was new? Do I have to season it few more times to get rid of the bitter taste?

I'm looking for an innexpensive, small, easy to clean juicer. I'm willing to cave on the "easy to clean" as long as it doesn't distroy my kitchen in the process of making one cup of juice. I want tto use it for juicing fruits and vegitables. I don't really like pulp so a juicer that puts as little pulp in the juice as possible is best. If you have found a good juicer that didn't break the bank (I would have to say the max I am willing to spend is about $100 to $125), I would really appreciate your opinion.
