spray your clean, room temp molds with pam cooking spray before adding the jello shots-- incidentally the jello shots should be made with the jigglers recipe not the regular recipe otherwise your shapes will NOT turn out right no matter what u do!

I've used very successfully to that need the mini portion plastic cups one can buy at party stores... I think the original use is for ketchup or sauces at BBQ parties, they are round, about 1 1/2 in circumference, and work great.
Otherwise, let Jello solidify in a flat plastic tray lined with a baking sheet, then cut it up with cookie cutters.... you could also lightly oil the tray (a tasteless oil please... corn would work!)
you should make different ones - and mix the alcohol to match:
pineapple w rhum
orange w vodka
lime w tequila
hehehe. don't forget to use less liquid than normally: if normally you would use 1/2 cup hot, 1/2 cup cold water, go for 1/2 water and 1/4 liquor (or the other way around... )
Don't forget that that stuff is strong. It is easy to eat, and the content in sugar circulate the alcohol very fast. Be careful in how much you eat, make sure you don't behave stupidly, and DO NOT DRIVE....

Spray molds with pam cooking spray before adding the jello. then when done, put them in a pan of warm bottom (just below the top edge) for a little while and they should slide right out..

Spray with non stick cooking oil spray or you can now buy rubber molds from homeware shops or some supermarkets.

Try French silicone molds. They are flexible and you can turn them inside out so your shots will just pop out.
