eat meats and protien, avoid carbohydrates (because they convert into sugars in your bloodstream) and starches (including peas and corn, as well as rice, potatoes, noodles, breads, etc..) eat fruits (because they have simple sugars that are good for you) eat lots of fresh veggies and exercise at least 30 minutes a day- a good walk around the neighborhood or mall is fine- just make sure to keep your pace up to keep your heart pumping
if you do this you will not only lose weight, but your blood sugar should decrease to a safe (non dangerous) level.

Are you being treated for diabetes? Sit down and relax. Drink a lot of water. Just eat vegetables and meat. My grandson has type 1 diabetes and has the pump. The pump is great because we can get his sugar down a little with resting and water, after that he does his add b.g. thing and the pump does the rest. Are you being treated?

You need to see a doctor about a nutritional plan designed just for you-your age, weight and severity of disease all play a part. And hurry! that's way too high.
