Does anyone know any bartending courses online that provide you with a real bartending license not just a certificate. And how hard is it for an 18 year old girl to find a bartending job in NYC? (some experience)

Two of my best friends and I are going to the beach for Spring Break.. We want to bring our own alcohol as it will be cheaper that way... The only thing is, none of us are exactly skilled at bartending? What are some easy, girly drinks that will get us drunk on a few wild nights? And also, what alcohol should we spend our money on and what alcohol can we buy the more "generic" versions of? Also, I know how to make your basic screw driver but I also like Pina Coladas, however I have NO IDEA how to make them... Also any advice on saving money over Spring Break and having fun? Thanks in advance!

I am making homade tamales and hope to prepare both batches early, the first even earlier (duh). I don't want them to dry out and would prefer not to re-heat... but this might be the best way. If I should reheat, please include how. Thanks!

I'm looking for a web site that would let you enter ingredients you have on hand--say celery, mushrooms, and squash--and would spit out a variety of recipes that use those ingredients. Do you know anything like that?

If you don't know of such a site, would you please build one for me? Thanks.

After years of never trying the stuff, I finally tried Velveeta cheese. I did exactly as the instructions say on the box for using the cheese as a dip (for corn chips) put it in the microwave for 6 minutes and stiring after 3 minutes. (I did use less cheese then the box suggested though.) Well, I start dipping and after about 15 minutes the cheese is hard and cold!!! I can heat it back up for about a minute but I get the same end result...Hard Cheese!!!What am I doing wrong? DId I use to little cheese and too long in the microwave? Is there another kind of cheese that would work better? I really want it to be like the kind of nacho cheese dip that you buy in a jar in the store or at a ballpark. It stays at dipping consistensy all the time. Or should I just buy the stuff in a jar? TIA!

We are renting a cabin in North GA for the weekend for one friend's 40th birthday. There will be 5 of us there all weekend and there are going to be a few people male and female dropping by on Friday and Saturday night. I have been put in charge of the drinks...and I am wondering what are some good inexpensive drinks that we can make? We are not big on Gin...but Vodka, Rum, Tequila, and other are OK. Any ideas? Thank you to everyone who answers!!!
