Hello! I have never made chili in my life. However, there is a chili contest in my town. My brother entered and almost won last year. So, I want to compete with him. I need an AMAZING recipe...but something that's somewhat easy to make. Also, hopefully it won't have a bunch of hard to find, expensive ingredients. i found a bunch of recipes...but they are really complex and expensive.

Please help and send your answers right away!!! Thanks so much!!!

We have a lot of cans of pumpkin sitting downstairs, and I was trying to think of a way to use them. The less sugar, the better, by the way.

I love to drink hot chocolate. I usually drink the Nestle and Swiss Miss hot chocolate mix, but I realized that they both contain dehydrogenated oil, which is TRANS FAT!

I am looking for a brand of hot chocolate mix that taste as good as the two above, and does not have any transfat. Organic/natural would be even better. Please also tell me where can I buy it and how much. I am in Southern California.

Thanks, hot coco lover!

A friend has asked me to translate her late grandmother's recipe book so she can make some of the recipes she remembers from her childhood. She is not an experienced cook and the recipes list just the ingredients with minimal (sometimes no) cooking directions. At least 20 of the cake recipes call for Roman meal. Apart from a company manufacturing health bars/cereals I can find no reference to Roman meal on Internet. I assume that it is some sort of flour or other grain product. It could be simply a brand name for a generic product. My friend lives in USA and I grew up in Australia so it may just be that Roman meal is a US brand name for a familiar product. I wrote to my friend but neither she nor her mother could tell me what Roman meal is/was. I am keen to help my friend with her recipes but at this stage I can't do much with the recipes calling for Roman meal. I would be very grateful for any further information on this mystery ingredient.

A cheese burger sounds great. I went out to get my bun and it was moldy, as other things in my home. Do you have a bun I can borrow? What should granny do about her bun?

people love coffee.
almost every working or studying person likes to have a cup of coffee in the morning to start their day......

but why do so many people do this?? can it be good to put something in your body that alters you?
and so often!
are there many harmful effects of coffee besides stained teeth?

i like coffee as well and sometimes i have it in the morning, and other times in the afternoons.

i just think that water or something should be a better way to stay awake and that an altering drink like coffee can only have harmful effects over the long term.

I'm not a very good when it comes to a nice tasting wine. I need suggestions as to what type of red wine to buy someone for their 50th birthday. She really enjoys a good tasting wine & I know nothing about purchasing it. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money, but don't want cheap wine either. Maybe $10-$30.00 if that's possible?
