Has anyone tried these yet? If so, are they any good? And how does the taste compare to the normal Camel Filters taste? Also, does anyone know what varieties it comes in, such as menthol or wides? Thanks for any info.

I just bought a pack tonight because the store was sold out of my regular brand. They're ok but I don't know if I'd buy them again. I usually smoke Camel Lights Menthol. Compared to the menthol lights, the No. 9's are like sucking air through a straw. They do smell good though and they come in regular and menthol. Some people think they have a slightly fruity taste but I don't believe so. I taste more of the tobacco flavor and unlike my methol lights, I don't get that cool, tingly feeling from the menthol in the 9's. Last but not least, with me being female and all, I have to say that the box and the pink foil inside are appealing, as is the actual look of the cigarette itself. ;)

Actually, I've purchased 2 packs of the No. 9's and there is a Menthol. They go down easy, and there is a good flavor.. Good comparison would be the taste of like, a normal Camel Filter.. with the smoothness of a Turkish Silver. Only problem is I seem to smoke them alot more then normal, maybe thats due to the holes in the filter.. But in all they are good unless you need that Nicotine, if you smoke one because you are "jonesing" for a cigarette.. just smoke whatever you normally smoke.

I bought a carton of No. 9s this week. My first impresson of the pack is that it is a little loud. It is black with a hot pink magenta trim. It looks a little feminine to me. The taste is very mild with a slight cherry like aroma
It is not a strong cigarette at all. It is slightly aromatic.
My impression is that this is a chic cigarette.However I do like the taste and will probably buy more.

yeah actually just bought them today and they actually are pretty ok, if you like lights... before they came out with the No 9's the Turkish Silvers were the lightest, these are in fact lighter than that. and they come in regular and menthol. Oh yeah and by the way in response to the fact that the box is loud and feminine is because these cigarettes are suppose to be marketed towards women.... like virgina slims and misty's

yeah my husband bought them for me last night, because i was so turned on by the black and pink package. the pink foil and the pink decor on the cigarette is adorable.
but they taste like ****. i think they kinda taste like plastic. they dont really smell like a normal cigarette either. they smell like bruning plastic with a really weird sweet smell. basically thats how hey taste.
its like smoking an ultra-ultra light. i dont get my fix.
ew. dont buy em.

the most popular flavour is " sweet retarded children" followed by the "emphasema" flavour.
Emphasema is a great flavour as you get to retaste it regulaly every time you cough up a bit of your lung.
