What is healthier for a 15-year old girl...a Nutri-Grain bar or a slice of white bread with 15% DV for calcium and all the fiber of whole-wheat bread?

Nutri-grain bars tend to have a lot of complex sugars that aren't good for your body. The whole wheat bread would be much better for you.

whole wheat bread. white is still made of flour which in turn leads to cellulite. If not do the nutri grain

I think a Nutri-grain bar if I had to choose between the two.
