Depends on the fruit dessert in question. A lighter dessert of fruit with cream could go with a white zinfidel or riesling. But if you try pairing a really sweet dessert like a fruit pie or tart with most wines then you will find the wines too bitter. A general rule is to have the wine be just a little sweeter than the dessert. A really sweet dessert calls for a late harvest or something like that.

Try a nice Liebfraumilch - a light, white German wine that goes well with most fruits. One of the better known Liebfraumilchs is Blue Nun.

You would want a lighter wine, possibly even a sweet wine. I would recommend a pink or white zinfandel.

you could be cheap and buy boones farm, but my best choice is not a very sweet wine, but caymus conundrum is the very best at its price the fruity flavor comes out as you eat the dessert and accents whatever you are eating
