I know that people eat it, but I've never actually talked to someone who did it, and it just picked my curiousity!

Yes. I was stationed in Japan for 2 years and I had the opportunity to eat Fugu ( puffer fish). Like Kobe Beef, it was good but I don't understand the hype. Chefs who prepare it are highly trained and licensed. It tastes pretty much like any raw fish. Really not much taste at all without any soy sauce.

Absolutely not. I hate all fish/seafood. Just the sound of a 'deadly japanese puffer fish' makes my skin crawl....

Theres a restrant in Calgary Alberta on McLeod trail that serves it , but you must sign 3 diffrent forms before they serve it to you, and yes it taste great

Well I have been stuck in America for all 18+ years of my life, so I haven't had the opportunity yet. However, it is one of my goals in life, but I don't really plan to do it until I'm older and have taken care of a few of my other goals.

Well, I have been to Japan, but, I have not been to a pro/upscale sushi restaurant before, so I have not.

If I was positive that the chef was well trained, I wouldn't mind giving death a "slap in the face."
