What would you cook for a nice, but not complex, dinner for 2 on Valentine's Day?

Red Velvet cake - for valentines day ( its not hard, just buy it in the cake section of you local grocery store, either box ot already made)

Stuffed shells (freezer section already stuffed) cover with your fave spag sauce and some shredded cheese, bake. Add a salad and some good bread with an olive oil dip, Tear the bread while you are having dinner instead of cutting, and feed it to each other. for desert choc fondue with angel food cubes, strawberries, and bannannas to dip and feed each other!

if he is a seafood lover

shrimp pasta (tomato sauce or white sauce or whatever you like)
caesar salad
garlic bread
spicy chicken wings
cheesecake or chocolate cake with ice cream
coffee or tea

if he is a meat lover

steak with sauteed onion and mashrooms on top
caesar sald
garlic bread
mashed potato and spinach
cheesecake or chocolate cake with ice cream
coffee or tea

well my husband always makes spagetti and garlic bread its very romantic. And for desert I would suggest fresh strawberrys and chocolate topped with a glass of wine.
