I am making a dish with prosciutto, arugala, pomegranate and pesimmon. The dressing is pomegranate and extra virgin olive oil. What can I use to replace the persimmon, not available.
My guest are coming in 4 hours.Please help!

Since we now have zip type packaging for almost every type of processed food - WHY haven't the bacon packaging people got on the ball. I just hate the messy package that you have to slit open and then never use again. Any ideas how to MAKE them use zip type packages?
