I suggest using a whole wheat wrap. It has less calories than whole wheat bread. Fill with chunks of grilled boneless, skinless, chicken breast, lettuce, some diced tomato, onion, and low-fat cottage cheese. Roll up and wah-laaa! It's also good with tuna, but just don't add the mayo to it, the cottage cheese keeps the wrap from tasting dry! Maybe a little salt and pepper if you like.

The two pieces of bread itself will have more than 100 calories, even if you use light bread.
I like hummus spread on a whole wheat English muffin with a mushroom lover garden burger patty in it. But I'm weird. It's about 300 calories.
If you want to stay within 100 - 200 calories, one slice of cheese, a couple slices of lean turkey, and mustard on the light/low carb bread would do it.

That would be kind of hard since most bread has at least 40 calories per slice. I suppose you could make lettuce sandwiches, but don't use any condiments. LOL

It will be hard to find a sandwhich with so little calories. Used lowfat mayo if you want mayo and turkey is the best idea for meat. You can also get fat free peanut butter and sugar free jam.

cucumbers and sprouts. Whisk a little olive oil with your fav mustard (I love the whole grain kind, or dijon), and add a slice of low-fat provolone cheese. Use rice bread, or a pita or wrap.
