Hello Wildrose,
The recipe that you would like was nowhere to be found, on any of the site for BBC. I too have looked for it, but I do have this recipe if u wish to try it out.
look at it under......Granma Sally's Choc Chpi Cookies.
(NOTE: Granma is spelt as "Gramma", when you log into the site)
Apparently, it is AWESOME and does have both choc and ginger in it. Anyway, why look for Rachel's when I looked and could not find it. It means you will have to buy her cook -book.
Anyway, I always thought Granma's food is the best. So try it out. but sorry I could not be of help otherwise.

go to recipe finder
put in her name and tv show and you should see her recipes. but as above, they might not be there
