When I want some delicious hot cocoa, I use the receipe on the can of HERSHEY Cocoa. When I'am lazy I buy a box of hot chocolate in individual envelopes. Then boil or use a microwave to heat up 3/4 cup of water.

Milk...whole is best but you can use non-fat. Dark chocolate, vanilla (real not imitation) and sugar. If you have time it's best to first melt the dark chocolate in a glass bowl over almost boiling water. You can add the sugar at this time and save yourself a step. Heat the milk and add the melted chocolate. Add in a splash of vanilla and sugar until it's sweet enough for you. You can top it with whipped cream and some leftover melted chocolate. It's very good!!

I went to Mexico more than 10 years ago and had the best hot cocoa I've ever had in my life! No Mexican restaurant could make it the same way. It's the vanilla extract that makes the difference. Thank you!!!
