How about stuffed cornish game hens? They look like beautiful mini chickens.
If you can find them already thawed, they are really impressive, delicious, and easy to bake.
Rinse them, spinke on salt & pepper, then stuff them with stove-top stuffing, put a few pieces of raw bacon on the breasts and legs (this makes them bake very moist and juicy!) put them in a baking pan, cover with foil and bake 30 mins covered at 375. Remove the foil and cook 1 hour more.
Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce, whatever you like!
Men LOVE this meal and it makes you look like a gourmet chef!

Make a salad for each of you,in there own bowls.Have a candle in the middle of the table, and take some fake flowers and put them around the bottom of the candle.Use only the nice dishes and glassware.Make whatever meat he likes, then do mashed potatoes(instant read box)corn(canned with butter for taste),take a small basket and put a white napkin in it,then put some sliced Italian bread in it.Sit it on the table to be passed.Have the glasses with water in them on the table with the dishes set up---NICE.Get him to light the candle while you get 2 glasses of sparkling cider(or wine)sip the wine, then go in the kitchen and put all the foods in serving plates or bowls. That makes even fried chicken look romantic.Eat the dinner then get the dessert.Pudding in a tall glass with cool whip on top.Everyone loves pudding.Instant(read the box--do early)..Hope this helps and I hope the Dinner is Great.

Whatever you recognize he likes. It will be worthwhile if it was something you might prepare earlier than he comes then simply serve it, like a roast or anything you do not must tend to after he arrives. Candles are exceptional, a $10-$15 cabernet for pink or a Chardonay for white will do, you could ask any store for a suggestion, serve red whether it is meat, white if it is fish or fowl is customarily the case, however that you can relatively do something you need. Romantic tune is great and who does not like a good wilderness like cheescake. Just right good fortune.

Hi,
there are some very delicious Italian dinners in the frozen food section, Petroli or something like that. Heat the food and serve it on your fanciest china. Use a white table cloth, dim the lights or better yet light two tall candles and have classical music playing in the background, or some soft rock. Buy a bottle of Merlot, serve in tall-stemmed glasses. Direct the conversation toward art, literature or exotic places.
Important: Make sure you get rid of the food packaging and wear a little black dress. That should do it. I am sure he'll bring the roses, right? Perfect!

Balsamic Chicken & Veggies
Serves 4
When you see carrots in a quick & easy recipe count on the microwave being involved – those suckers are tough to soften.
1 cup diced onions
1 cup baby carrots halved lengthwise
4 oz sliced baby portabella mushrooms
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
Cooking spray
1 tsp “any dry rub/seasoning you choose**see recipe below
1 & 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Place onions, carrots, and mushrooms in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 5 minutes.
Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes.
Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch-wide strips, washing your hands after, of course.
Spray pan with non-stick stuff & add chicken, using tongs so you don’t have to wash your hands again. Sprinkle with the dry rub, cover and cook 2 or 3 minutes, turning once.
Drain vegetables and stir into chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring once, or until vegetables begin to brown.
Remove lid and cook 3 more minutes, stirring once. Stir in balsamic vinegar and serve it up – yum, yum.
Rosemary & Garlic Steak Rub
Makes enough for 4 steaks
Unless you like rosemary more than steak don’t increase it in this very easy rub. Rosemary can be overpowering.
3/4 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Mix rosemary, garlic, salt, and peppers together aand rub onto both sides of steaks before grilling or broiling.

My suggestion is that you go to a fancy restaurant, order his favorite dish, which is probably anything that's free, to go, take it home and pretend that you cooked it. If he's a typical mooching, live off the girl, type of boyfriend which seem to be in plentiful supply our there, he won't even know the difference and besides is just happy to get another free meal and freebee off his naive girlfriend I would recommend that you rid yourself of this conniving and ungrateful boyfriend and find someone who is more appreciate and contributes to the relationship rather than always taking and not giving.
