get you favorite pieces of chicken, mine are legs and boneless chicken. get a deep frying pan and fill it 1/4 of the way full.
get some crackers and crush them till you have fine crumbs. crack an egg into a bowl and wisk with alittle milk. rinse the chicken pieces and season with your favorite seasonings
i use the morton nature's seasons seasoning. dip the chicken pieces in the egg an then cover in the cracker crumbs and then fry in the oil till golden brown

Dianes Chicken
6 halves chicken
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 C. mayo
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Mix together:
3 C. crushed cornflakes
1 C. Parmesan Cheese
Spray cookie sheet. Cover with foil. Bake 375 degrees for 45 min.
