Ok whenever I put real garlic into anything, no matter the amount, it really upsets my stomach. I fine with garlic salt and powder. Is there anything I can use to substitute the garlic and still get basically the same taste.

Skirt steak is more tender and less chewy when it is cut properly. Can you describe or post a link to a diagram that shows how to properly cut it? I want to try cooking it, but I don't want to go through all that trouble and then have it be all tough because I cut it in the wrong direction.

If you have any helpful hints for seasonings you can post those too. Thank you Yahoo! Answers!

i'm looking to buy a new cookie press as my old one has had it. on ebay i see lots of vintage sets. are they worth the purchase? i make cookies so regularly that this is an important purchase. is there a perfect cookie press?
i've used wilton before and it broke within the first few uses. my old cookie press is pedrini, an italian brand. i would love to hear another baker's opinion.

to make it a meal? I thought I read that somewhere. The protein will help me feel full longer, right? I thought I heard that you can add like 25% of the pulp back into the juice along with the protein powder to make a healthy breakfast.
ALSO, can I get several of my required servings of fruit or veggies in a single glass of juice? It was my understanding that I could...but I read one answer that said no...
TIA!!!!

I'm not rich by any means, but I was just curious what a Senator pulls out of the old liquor cabinet when he gets home. I'm curious in brand names in particular. Thanks!
