first cook them in a pressure cooker, if you don't have one boil them in a pot over the stove. This softens the meat up and gets alot of the fat out. Then put in the oven adding your favourite BBQ sauce 15 min before taking out. MMMM your making me hungry. In the summertime I just like to throw them on the bbq its alot quicker. Cooking time after water boiling 30 min, oven time 30min at 350 degrees.

The best ribs I've ever eaten were cooked overnight in a slowcooker. Then, put on a cooie sheet with bbq sauce and cooked at 350 until brown (about 30 minutes).
YUMMY! They fell off the bone!
SOO good!

boil them for 3 hours with garlic onions and salt and pepper then bake with bbq sauce for about 30-45 min on 350 eat and enjoy.you can debone then when they are done boiling your choice.

i cook em at 250 in the oven until i can pull a bone out of them without using any utensils. good luck .
