to make it a meal? I thought I read that somewhere. The protein will help me feel full longer, right? I thought I heard that you can add like 25% of the pulp back into the juice along with the protein powder to make a healthy breakfast.
ALSO, can I get several of my required servings of fruit or veggies in a single glass of juice? It was my understanding that I could...but I read one answer that said no...
TIA!!!!

Yeah, add some hemp protein(mostly) and some soy protein(smaller amount, isolate not concentrate) and add some flax seed oil(omega 3 fatty acid). That's my breakfast. Also a bagel(whole wheat) or toast(whole wheat) with some hummus or peanut butter.

You don't need protein powder. No one needs it, just a long as they are eating a balanced diet, whether that diet be omnivore, vegetarian or vegan.

By juicing, you are removing the pulp, which is full of fibre and of all kinds of phytochemicals that are needed for help. Fibre is also what causes you to feel satiated. Further, you are getting an extremely concentrated amount of juice, which is higher in calories and in carbs that is whole fruit.

I think a bit more nutrition education is what's required here. Please read these books:
