I would add some more veggies like a bag of frozen mixed veggies and then thicken what broth I wanted with cornstarch and put the rest of the broth in the freezer for a later use like noodles or something. Then put it in a 9X13 then cover it up with those refrigerator or freezer biscuits and pop it in the oven until the biscuits are done.....voila! Homemade chicken pot pie!!!

my mom actually made this on a whim & it's gooooood!!!

take the chicken noodle soup by itself or mixed with a teeny bit of mustard & pour it over boneless skinless chicken breasts in a pan & cook it in the oven for a while. when that is done set it on top of a bed of cooked white rice (instant or non) & voila....YUMM! choose whatever sides you want & you've got a quick & easy meal

Well, you could make a chicken stew out of it. You could add rice to it and a few veggies for a cheap almost jambalya style dish... um.

You could make a very weak curry out of it,most likely... though I'm not -quite- sure how you'd go about making that.
