Everytime I bake chicken breasts, it comes out dry and tough. What can I do to have it moist and juicy? I wash my meat, season it, and throw it in the oven. What am I doing wrong?

Duh on my part. I had a frozen rump roast in the freezer. took it out to thaw in the sink and it sat out for about 2 days. It was frozen to begin with. Is it still good to cook or no? I'm guessing no and this may be a dumb question but I am still learning about these things! Thanks!!

They are mammals which suckle their young, so I assume it would be theoretically if not physically possible; though it would probably be quite salty. Just a thought - what do you think?

CORN PUDDING


INGREDIENTS



1 can of Cream Style Corn
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 can of Pet Milk
1 stick of Butter
½ c. of Sugar
Corn Starch
⅛ tsp. salt
3 eggs





INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in oven in casserole dish. Blend milk, dissolve corn starch in milk. Add 3 eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix with electric mixer until almost custard like. Add cream style corn last. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until golden brown on top. Very High in Calories.
