with a sharp parring knife cut 2 small slits either side of the top of the Olive, the place the other end of Olive between finger & thumb, aim into a bowl & squeeze gently, the stone will pop out. Quite simple really but smelly LOL

Here in Switzerland you can buy a cherry stoning gadget. I've never tried it on olives, but why not?

boil water on the stove turn off throw in olives for a few minutes take out run tweezers around edges then use them to pull out seeds then put them back in juice

I've got a garlic press that has a small bowl shape with a small hole in it down the handle on one side and a prong on the other - it's a cherry stoner I think. Use one of those.
