I have been drinking whale milk since I fell off a boat as a child and was reared by a school of humpbacks. I am now the size of a small ocean cruise liner and can hold my breath for 2 weeks.
3 years ago I accidentally left some on the back of mama humpback and it curdled then turned into what is best described as something on a par to Saint Agur.
Its not salty - its delicious.

Of course you can use whale milk. I am sort of a cheese aficionado - I just love cheese. All kinds. However, whales milk cheese, huh? Can you send me some when you make it? Thanks!

Yes, it very much is possible to make cheese from all mammalian milk. I had camel cheese once. I didn't like it.

I guess it would be possible, provided it had a similar constituency as dairy mammal's milk

It would be possible. It would taste of blubber. It might be popular with eskimos, but it wouldn't suit European tastes.

I don't know why it couldn't. But I bet it would make better butter...cause it has lots of fat!
