Duh on my part. I had a frozen rump roast in the freezer. took it out to thaw in the sink and it sat out for about 2 days. It was frozen to begin with. Is it still good to cook or no? I'm guessing no and this may be a dumb question but I am still learning about these things! Thanks!!

Heavens NO!
Unless of course you want to risk food poisoning!
ALL meat and poultry should be thawed in the refrigerator.
**Food must be kept at a safe temperature during "the big thaw". While foods are safe indefinitely while frozen., as soon as food begins to defrost and become warmer than 40 ºF, any bacteria that may have been present before freezing can begin to multiply. It is not safe to thaw meat on the countertop at room temperature as this allows dangerous bacteria to grow in just two hours, or 1 hour in high summer heat (90°F and above).**

Easy smell it and it smells funny throw it away. Then you can attempt to cook it and then if it smells funny or tastes funny throw it away. I thawed a turkey and left it for THREE days, cooked and ate it, and not one problem. But then it is cold here now. If you leave it in a hot place after thawing for two days, that is how to get food poisoning too. When in doubt, throw it away.
