I love Manila Mangos, they are yellow, not very big, and they are sweet and do not have as much fiber as the regular mangos that are in the stores now. Please help!!!

my cafeteria has chinese chicken salads available for purchase, im trying to eat healthier and im wondering about the dressing, its a tangy and somewhat sweet dressing with sesame seeds, its think but not creamy. i have no idea to even guess how many calories and grams of fat it could have, the serving is about a 2 tablespoons. any idea? or any idea how i could find out? thanks

Anyone have a tried recepie using chocolate pasta. I saw it at a farmers market booth and had to try it. I was going to mix it with spicy peppers, and cilantro, but my daughter objected. I think it would be good in a pasta salad, but my daughter (for whom I bought it) wants to try a more conventional way.

I am a young teenager who wants to become an Lacto-ovo vegetarian.

My mom will probably say that it would be "too much trouble". My family practically eats meat for dinner every night. I started on Sunday, and have avoided meat since them with "i'm not in the mood", etc. She will probably also be concerned about my pickiness (to food) and how I will get enough protein.

Help?
