My Comfort food has always been snickers and the snickers ice cream bars...me and one of my best friends from high school would buy each other the little bags of the mini ones when we were having boyfriend or parent problems and we still do to this day even though we live in 2 different states now...we just overnight mail it when we know one of us is feeling blue

If you're feeling nauseous you shout eat peppermint candy of some kind. For whatever reason mint helps an upset stomach.
If you're talking about comfort food, mashed potatoes is a good one. A hot mug of soup is good if you're cold and miserable. Or hot chocolate.
My favorite would have to be fresh cut strawberries dipped in hot fudge. Not that "Magic Shell" stuff that tuns hard, I mean strawberries dipped in warm gooey melty dripping hot fudge sundae topping. I get warm & fuzzy just thinking about it. Mmmmm.

If I'm feeling miserable because I'm ill then it's cheese on toast, porridge, or soup. If I'm miserable because I'm being all emotional then it's vanilla ice cream, fresh baked brownies (or any pastry for that matter), or loads of jellybeans.

hot chocolate with whip cream. Drizzle it with caramel and my mood is better instantly.
Love cadbury eggs too. Glad they only sell them once a year.

Usually when feeling miserable, I try to actually eat healthy because I figure I feel miserable enough, why make it worse? lol. Eating healthy seems to make me feel better.
