I recently got pulled over for a DUI when I didn't feel that I was drunk. I opted to take the blood test. I'm waiting for the results, but I'm really worried about being over the .08 legal limit. Any idea what I expect to see? I had a small dinner with my first glass of wine at 4:40pm then ran into friends and slowly drank another 4 glasses of wine until I was pulled over at 10pm. I weigh about 135lbs and have a pretty good tolerance. They say to subtract 10% for every 40 minutes that pass per drink. Help! I'm bad at math!
Thanks ; )

Laugh-In was not the only place that knew about Walnetto's...I loved them as a kid, and wondered if anyone knew if they are still around, or a good recipe for making them... I tried my own recipe, which actually turned out pretty close, and everyone that tasted them loved them ( provided, of course, they liked black walnuts )

The recipe calls for:
2 c. à soupe de kirsch
1 c. à soupe de sucre glace

What does the "c. à" part mean?

I know a lot of people who will not eat cookies if they have nuts in them; they'll ask, "Do those cookies have nuts in them? Oh. They Do? Then no thanks." But I've never come across anyone who will only eat cookies if they DO have nuts and will refuse them if they don't. For example, "Do those cookies have nuts in them? Oh. They don't? Then no thanks." I've been pondering this for years and now I finally get answers! YEA!!!!

I am returning a £250 Magimix 5200 because I am not happy with it. It's useless for making dough (turns to quickly) terrible to clean and is does not even take the capacity of flour etc that it states without jumping around the worktop. I want something that is easy cleaned, great at making dough, looks good and has a long guarantee. Any suggestions anyone?

I was considering one of those cuisnart kitchen aid ones but not too sure. Must be good at blending veg etc too.

Cheers
