I've got a couple Coho/Silver salmon filets in my freezer that my Dad brought me from Alaska the last time he came to visit.
I was going to bake them for some guests tomorrow for my kids 1st birthday party.
When I lived in Alaska, I made mine by "glazing" it with a mix of ketchup, mayo, soy sauce, and dehydrated onions (or I'd just fry a piece in a pan in olive oil). While I still like this, I was looking for something different.
I'm working with full fillets from roughly a 10 pound fish. Anyone got any favorite recipes?
