Laugh-In was not the only place that knew about Walnetto's...I loved them as a kid, and wondered if anyone knew if they are still around, or a good recipe for making them... I tried my own recipe, which actually turned out pretty close, and everyone that tasted them loved them ( provided, of course, they liked black walnuts )

I saw something about them on food network. they said they are being made again. I don't know the name of the candymaker. You might try foodnetwork.com. I think the show I saw them on was Unwrapped.
