If you have 100% alcohol, then you have Ethanol, a fuel additive.

The closest drinkable (using the term loosely) alcohols -- Everclear and Golden Grain being two-- are 190 proof. This is generally the highest concentration of alcohol that can be obtained from a still.

You cannot get 100% alcohol (the type you drink). What keeps you from being able to make 100% alcohol is alcohol has a natural attraction to water and 100% alcohol will suck moisture out of the air and dilute it to ~93% alcohol which is marketed under the name Everclear among other names.

Alcohol's attraction to water is why drinking makes you dehydrated, it is sucking the water in your body into the alcohol.

not that you can buy to drink

FYI:
Everclear is 190 proof or 95% alcohol by volume.
Absinthe is 120-130 proof or about 60-70% alcohol by volume.
