I am just curious about how meat stays good at room temp. Such as chicken in soup, and this turkey and stuffing meal I bought from Hormel, its a full meal, in a vacum sealed container, but was just wondering how it stayed fresh not being cold.

On a side note-- For those who say they don't like to kill living things, I saw a T-shirt once that said "Do you know how many innocent vegetables and to DIE to make your STUPID salad?" I thought it was funny.

I am trying to come up with a bread product for a marketing class and came up with the idea of selling bread with two half loaves, one half of white and one half of wheat in one package, individually wrapped for people who enjoy using different kinds of bread for different purposes or for smaller households where people enjoy different kinds of bread but don't want to buy two full loaves because they will mold.

If you have ever been to a frat party or dance you may have drunk this crazy drink that does in fact make everyone crazy when it hits you. You can't taste the booze, because this stuff tastes so good. We used to have a classic rock band who played regulary for frat parties and someone would usually make a fresh gallon for the band. Here is the recipe, but do so at your own risk. BTW, I'll leave it to your imagination to define what GGD or PJ is. Here are the 2 recipes. PJ, get a glass gallon jug like an apple cider bottle and wash it out until it's totally clean. Go to the liquor store and get a pint of 190 proof grain alcohol. Get 1 large can of frozen Welches grapejuice, 1 can frozen limeaid/lemomaid fresh water to taste. Pour in the whole pint of booze. Add ice cubes and fresh quarters of oranges, limes, etc. Make your own variation. For GGD, just leave out the grapejuice and substitute any frozen canned juice. this jug has to be served ice cold. WATCH OUT THIS STUFF IS ASSKICKIN'

Another Sunshine cookie that is no longer being made is these simple sugar-coated cookies w/ real(?) lemon(or lemon-flavored) pieces baked into them...according to reliable sources, when Kraft Foods took over what was left of Sunshine a few years ago, Lemon Coolers was discontinued...my son and I aren't the ONLY ones who miss these great-tasting cookies...anyone else?...

Just remember the green and yellow boxes w/ a cookie, a glass of milk and a lemon on the front...and it was instant "yum-yum-gimme-some";hey, my son could've eaten a whole box in one sitting, especially when when our favorite TV shows are on, mainly, "Survivor" and "The Amazing Race"!...

I have two little ones who I give soy milk to. My sister gives her children rice milk. Most people give thier children cow's milk. I have chosen soy milk mainly because of the hormones in cow's milk...but now I am hearing bad things about soy milk. If anyone actually knows something about this subject, please give me your input...(if you just want to be rude, you can save it.
