I had the same problem until a few months back. I started exercising and eating healthy, and my cravings starting going away.
Basically, I always wanted to drink these things when I ate greasy, or spicy food. Eat Salads, Grilled food, and exercise, and your eating habits start getting healthier as well.

I used to be a slave to that vile as well. I lost all taste for it. The only time I ever drink something that isn't water is on special occasions. Like, Coke in a glass bottle, which is hard to find. But just one. Pepsi...swish it in your mouth and keep it there for a while, and feel your teeth afterwards, same with coke, it'll feel terrible.
Ask yourself..."Is this healthy?" No. Drink nothing but water for two weeks, and you'll be off soda for good. Drink Aquafina or something that's bottled. Tap water is terrible.
After you do this, try eating correctly and before you know it, you'll be eating and drinking better.
ANother thing that helps is watching the South Park Episode where it's the, "World of Warcraft episode" and see what the kids become after eating junk and drinking junk. That should do it

Try drinking fruit juice, or any juice period. You can still drink your cokes and pepsis just try to replace them with juice or water. Its hard to let go of those flavors, but you will be glad you did later on.I don't really drink pops like I used to, now I drink a lot of 100% fruit juices, water, tea, and a pop every now and then. You can tell when you stop drinking cokes especially when you use the bathroom.

I stopped drinking sodas about a month ago. I just realized I wasn't being healthy enough, and that was one way I was going to fix it. I carried a bottle of water around with me all the time so that if I was thirsty I didn't have an excuse to drink a soda.

The way to stop a bad habit is to replace it with a good habit. What can you drink that is satisfying, healthy, and will become addictive? Of course, the best answer is water but that's your decision. Good luck! You can start by NOT buying any cola drinks so you won't be tempted.

I have never had a taste for soda pop. When ever I go to a fast food joint, I always ask for a courtesy cup of water. I am not cheap but it will save you money. Just realize that alot of people do not drink that stuff. If it were given to me for free, I would still chose water. I do drink beer though.

If you normally drink 4 a day, go to drinking 2 for a week or so. Then cut back to 1 a day, and then 1/2 of one. Increase your intake of pure water, use distilled when possible. You can do it.

find a new drink, and get your parents or whoever takes care of you to make you stop buying them.
