everytime me and my family go to a resteraunt and ask them to cut the spices, it's just no use. The waiters stand next to us to refill our glasses of water lol. I love it but why are hot spices that important? Anywayz, it's top....

I know I know.... we're out of meat, and my husband is tired of eating steak,,, so I want to make a pot roast in a crockpot using this ribeye steak which is the last meat in my freezer... I'm thinking ,,, usually when I use some regular roast meat it took about 8 hours on low... but now I want to try 3~4 hours on low with ribeye steak...? Someone help me please !!!!

In the morning i make usually eat before school. Sometimes i eat granola cereal with rasins and sometimes i make a breakfast such as canadian bacon one egg and a slice of wheat bread. In the middle of the day before i have lunch, i still get really hungry. Probbobly after the second hour after. Is there somthing better that will fill me up more or should i just munch of snacks?
