I was at the grocery store earlier tonight when this question occured to me. What IS the difference? I suppose it has something to do with the way they're produced, because they're both made out of the same stuff, as far as I can tell, but they definitely taste different. Any formed-meat-makers care to enlighten me?

I went to a PC party 2 years ago and the host made a delish recipe with pumpkin, few spices, i think condensed milk, and a few other things and served it with apple slices and cinnamon triangles made from pie shell dough and cinna/sugar. I made it last year and lost the recipe. I've searched the net but could only find similar ones that are served chilled. The one I'm looking for is heated in the oven for a bit and served warm. I hope someone can help. I loved this dip. It was easy and sooo yummy!

When I was a kid my mom used to make the most awesome dish of romanoff noodles. It's like a Russian (I think) pasta-type dish with a cheese sause and it has parsley, dried parmesan, and other yummy stuff mixed in. Anyhow, I've found a few different recipes but none of them were all that good. So, does anyone know a GREAT recipe for making romanoff?
