i need to know b/c im making a food bill for a project and i need to know the cost of the potatoes for my casserole....please help quickly.

I'd say about $5 depending on what type of potatoes you're using. Reds tend to cost a bit more than Russets.

it depends on where you live and what kind of potato. Russets are the most common but you can also get red skin, golden flesh, BC(British Columbia, Canada) blues. Then you have to figure whether you are going to get organic or regular. But on average usually around $5.00 canadian dollars

For a ten pound bag at most grocery stores, it would cost between three dollars and fifty cents to five dollars, depending on the season and which store, also whether there was a store brand or a name brand.

i always used to buy them for my spud gun and they usually were like $5-$8 for russets
