Making my own pizza's at least once a week.
All who eat along say it's the best pizza they've ever tasted :)
I'm adding herbs to the bottom and got 2 great pizza sauce recipes.
Placed the recipes on the web:

Enjoy!

no matter what recipe you do, get yourself a pizza stone for your oven. the two main components to make a great pizza at home are the stone and cornmeal.
crank your stove up as high as it will go with the stone in the oven. if you can get your self a pizza peel (that big thing the pizza makers put your pie in and out of the oven with it) it's a plus sprinkle cornmeal on the peel work your dough thing follow your recipe and slip it onto the stone.

I think it's best to use fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. First start out with some simple pizza dough. Next crush up tomatoes and maybe a little seasoning for the sauce then use fresh mozzarella for the cheese. Then you can put whatever you want on the top. I just like fresh basil on mine. I think pizza's are great when they are simple.

Get pizza dough from your local bakery - Breadsmith is a good place. Buy your sauces and toppings, but don't forget the olive oil. You'll need it to grill the pizza.
After you have the dough ready, lightly coat both sides with the olive oil and throw it on the grill. Once it gets slightly crisp, take it in and add the toppings. From there, all you have to do is put it back on the grill until done.
It's good and original.
