I went to a PC party 2 years ago and the host made a delish recipe with pumpkin, few spices, i think condensed milk, and a few other things and served it with apple slices and cinnamon triangles made from pie shell dough and cinna/sugar. I made it last year and lost the recipe. I've searched the net but could only find similar ones that are served chilled. The one I'm looking for is heated in the oven for a bit and served warm. I hope someone can help. I loved this dip. It was easy and sooo yummy!

Could this be the one? Sounds yummy.

Harvest Pumpkin Dip
1 pk 5" flour tortillas
cinnamon sugar

for the dip:
1 can packed pumpkin (not pie filling)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cool whip
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
cinnamon to taste
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional, can mix in or sprinkle on top)

Make the dip first and refrigerate. Mix all of the dip ingredients. Adjust the brown sugar, cinnamon, and cool whip to your liking.

Cut tortillas into triangles. Brush with water and sprinkle w/ cin/sugar. Bake at 400 for 8-10 min or until lightly browned.

I called my mom... she said that the difference is adding Cool Whip or whip cream and chilling it, or not adding CW and serving warm. She said that the online PC recipes just have that variance.
