The biggest problem is getting the macaroni cooked - pour the macaroni ONLY into a microwave safe container & cover with water - microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes - or until the macaroni is cooked well enough - then drain the water & mix in all of the remaining ingredients & stir.

i do all the time just put the mac and cheese in a bowl of water for like 10 min also add a lil salt and butter to the water stir at like 5 mins and u should be all good

Yes, and it isn't bad. You are basically just cooking the pasta in microwave, then doing the sauce thing like normal.

The directions should be on the side of the box

Of course you can anything can be done in the microwave they even have directions on the box for that lol.

Well, it won't be easy because you have to boil the macaroni and that is not really feasible in the micro-nuke

Yes there should be microwave directions with the stovetop directions.
